Frozen Business Expert. Born in 1985 in Hyogo Prefecture, he graduated from Hitotsubashi University’s Faculty of Commerce. After working in marketing at Hakuhodo and serving as CMO of a startup, he founded and became CEO of Edamame Inc., Japan’s only consulting firm specializing in freezing technology and frozen business. He provides solutions for frozen food development and industrial promotion to a wide range of clients, including large corporations, startups, and government agencies. He also launched and operates SAKEICE, the world’s first ice cream made with an abundance of Japanese sake.
