    10 tons of HybridICE is produced daily, where they are stored in the “flowing freeze tank”. These highly fluid solutions are constantly circulated at optimal temperature, enabling instant cooling of individual materials, and maintaining consistent cooling performance when large columns are added continuously. This allows for rapid large-scale cooling in the shortest time possible.

    A high-performance ice maker compact enough to fit in a passenger-cargo elevator, yet capable of producing approximately 1T of snow-like HybridICE per day. It features a spacious 400-liter ice storage box within the unit, making it portable and ideal for bulk cooling applications. Equipped with a built-in circulation pump, it efficiently prepares brine at the appropriate concentration to create HybridICE from a temperature range of -1°C to -21.3°C.

Ice made from fresh water is unable to preserve optimal freshness.
While crushed ice made from fresh water is the commercialised cooling method, its slow cooling rate and inability to maintain sub-zero temperatures causes stress to the fish, resulting in cell damage, reducing freshness and quality.
“Ikejime” is not suitable for large-scale processing.
The “ikejime” method is used to preserve freshness, but as it involves processing each fish individually, it is labor-intensive and not suitable for large-scale operations. Additionally, loading large quantities of ice onto fishing vessels affects fuel efficiency.
